Aggression for Bowlers
The more aggressive a bowler is, the more likely he is to get wickets, but also more likely to be expensive.

Aggression can be tempered by individual match orders though.

Aggression for Captains
The aggressiveness of the captain has no effect on the fielding of the team or individual players.
